Interview Watchdog — Terms and Conditions

1. Beta Program Disclaimer

Interview Watchdog is currently offered as a Paid Beta Program.

During this phase:

• The Service may contain bugs, incomplete features, or experience interruptions.
• We may modify or discontinue parts of the Service without prior notice.
• Support and uptime are provided on a best-effort basis, with no guaranteed service levels.
• By participating, you acknowledge that you are using a pre-release version for evaluation purposes and agree to provide feedback where possible.

2. Eligibility

You must:

• Be at least 18 years old, and
• Use the Service for lawful business or professional purposes.

By using Interview Watchdog, you represent that you meet these requirements and are authorized to bind your organization to these Terms.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, and
• All activity under your account.

If you suspect unauthorized access, you must notify us immediately at support@interviewwatchdog.com.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

a. Paid Beta Pricing

During the beta phase, Interview Watchdog offers limited, discounted pricing plans.

All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

b. Billing

Subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly basis unless cancelled before the next billing cycle.

You may cancel at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting us.

c. Taxes

You are responsible for any applicable taxes associated with your subscription.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or interfere with the Service's functionality.
• Record, monitor, or store data without appropriate consent from interview participants.

You are solely responsible for complying with applicable privacy, employment, and data protection laws when using Interview Watchdog.

6. Data and Privacy

We collect limited data necessary to operate the Service, such as interview recordings, metadata, and user account details.

By using the Service, you grant us permission to process and store this data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We do not sell or share your data with third parties except as required to provide the Service or comply with law.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and materials within the Service are owned by Interview Watchdog or its licensors.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your internal business purposes during the beta phase.

No other rights are granted unless expressly stated.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if:

• You violate these Terms, or
• We decide to discontinue the beta program.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases, and we may delete your stored data after a reasonable period.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind.

We expressly disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We make no guarantees about accuracy, reliability, uptime, or results obtained from using the Service.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Interview Watchdog shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages,
• And total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid in the preceding three (3) months.

11. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time.

If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Service.

Your continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.

You agree that any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of British Columbia.
